UPDATE ON OMNIO SERVICE AND CLOSING OF THE MEDICAL RESOURCES STORE
Thank you for being a subscriber to the Omnio medical information service. We appreciate your loyalty and are pleased we have been able to provide the Omnio App resources to support your needs. As we first communicated at the end of June, we are in the process of retiring Omnio services over the next 11 months and want to alert you to specific dates and steps you can take to continue the use of the Omnio App.
Closing of the Medical Resources Store
We regret to inform you that the Medical Resources Store previously available through Market.omnio.com, Omnio (App Store/Play Store), and the Store section in the Omnio App are no longer available to Omnio users for new purchases or rentals. This went into effect this past July 1, 2017. Our team will provide support for your purchases of Medical Resources within the Omnio Store until May 25, 2018. Additionally, as long as you are using a mobile phone, tablet, computer, or other device that has downloaded the Omnio App and the purchased items from the Medical Resources Store, you will be able to access those items on this device so long as it is functional and runs an operating system which is compatible with the Omnio application. As a reminder, you can download the application and content to up to three (3) devices until May 25, 2018.

To summarize, this change now affects you in the following ways:
- You will not be able to BUY/RENT Omnio Medical Resources from Market.omnio.com, Omnio (App Store/Play Store) or within the Store section in the Omnio App.
- You will not be able to renew subscriptions for any Omnio Medical Resources.
- If you have rented a Medical Resource through Omnio, you will be able to access it on Omnio until the rental period ends.
- The closing of the Medical Resources Store will not affect your access to the free resources that were included with the Omnio App.
We understand that the closing of the Medical Resources Store and our plan to remove the Omnio App from the Apple and Android app stores on May 25, 2018 may cause some inconvenience. Please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Support Team and we will use our best efforts to address your questions.
We also invite you to explore our global medical information service called Univadis (www.univadis.com). With its free, clinically essential news and educational content, Univadis may meet some of your information needs currently serviced by Omnio’s Newsfeed.
Thank you again for your loyalty to Omnio and for being one of our important customers.
