We started with a question. What if home protection felt closer to the front desk at a great hotel — one number, one person, one promise — than to a customer service queue? What if the contract was a paragraph instead of a thicket?

Florida homes face heat, salt air, hurricanes, and pools that quietly need attention. We rebuilt coverage around the systems that matter here, vetted technicians one by one, and assigned a dedicated concierge to every member — so a home is known, not catalogued.
